SeniorRealm recommends that facility owners offer rebates to people who find them through our website. Even though providing rebates is not required, smaller facilities or board and care providers will probably do.

Rebates offered ONLY apply to Care Seekers that do not use referral agencies1.

To print the rebate, search for the facility, then click on the facility name from the results displayed. This would open the facility detail page. Click on the rebate link found on the top left portion of the screen, above the availability box to open the rebate certificate for printing.


FACILITY REBATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All Term and Conditions below must be in place for the rebate to be in effect.

1) Basic fees and other charges to the resident's account should be paid in full and current.
2) Rebate is given in the form of a discount on the second month's basic fee when paid in full.
3) This Rebate Certificate must be validated by the Service Provider upon Admission.
4) Rebate applies to direct clients who did not use referral agencies. Using referral agencies invalidates the rebate.


A referral agency, also known as placement agency, provides information and assistance in searching for senior housing. The service to the client is free. However, they charge the facility (assisted living or residential care facility) a referral fee of up to 100% of the 1st month's room
